Others say it was divine intervention in the form of Golgappas and water when first maid by Drupadi when they came to Indraprastha. Either way, history agrees: chaat is Delhi’s gift to tastebuds for everyone.
Fast forward a few hundred years—chaat’s soul still lives in every corner of the city. But we felt it was time to give it the respect, hygiene, and innovation it truly deserves. That’s where Delhi Chaat House comes in.
